Patrice McGeady is a skilled marketing and corporate meeting planning industry executive who uses her talents and expertise to provide strategic event consulting services to a diverse client body. She has designed and managed over 400 national and regional meetings, conferences, and special events, and is experienced in budget planning, program development, vendor relations, meeting logistics and event production.
Over the past 25 years, Patrice has worked with select clients to include Alcoa, Choice Hotels, PineRock Productions, Ihrig Productions, the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation, the Anne Arundel Tech Council, the Chesapeake Innovation Center (the nation's only Homeland Security Incubator), The BWI Business Partnership, the Fort Meade Alliance, the National Education Association Foundation, the Minority Corporate Counsel Association, the National Association of Women Lawyers, and DuPont.
McGeady & Associates is one of DuPont's approved minority suppliers - a member of the DuPont Legal Supplier Diversity Program, which is part of DuPont's corporate TEMPO Program (To Encourage Minority Participation Opportunities). Patrice has worked with DuPont for over 10 years providing strategic consulting and event planning services in support of its renowned diversity programs, initiatives and networks.
Prior to starting McGeady & Associates, Patrice was a senior account executive for a regional integrated marketing firm. Previously, she was the executive director and program director for a religious-based national nonprofit organization.
Patrice earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola College, Baltimore, Maryland, and a Masters Degree from the University of Maryland University College, College Park, Maryland.
Outside of the office, Patrice continues to be active in local community organizations and events, and is Vice President of the Board of Directors of Anne Arundel County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for foster children - www.aacasa.org . She is also a former board member of the American Institute of Graphic Artists (AIGA), and has volunteered and served a number of organizations over the years, to include: Public Relations Society of America - Baltimore Chapter (PRSA); American Heart Association; American Business Women's Association; Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce; and the Friends Foundation.
McGeady & Associates was founded in January 2000 and is headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland.
